Lendex provides independent mortgage advisory: analysis of your situation, mortgage structure planning and negotiation with banks on your behalf. Lendex is not a bank or a lender and does not grant loans. Final approval, interest rates and loan terms are decided by the lending bank.

Articles, examples, the mortgage calculator and quiz results are general information, not an offer, a binding quote or personal financial advice. Calculations are estimates based on the data you enter. Rates and regulations change; please consult us before making decisions.
3. Your responsibilities
Please provide accurate information in forms and documents. Do not use the website for unlawful purposes or try to disrupt its operation.
4. Intellectual property
Texts, design, images and code of the website belong to Lendex or its licensors and may not be copied without permission.
5. Liability
The website is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, Lendex is not liable for damages resulting from the use of general information on the website. The terms of a personal advisory engagement are set out in a separate agreement.
6. Law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel. The competent courts in Tel Aviv-Jaffa have exclusive jurisdiction.
