This Privacy Policy explains how Lendex (“we”, “us”) collects, uses and protects personal information when you use lendex.co.il, fill in a form or the quiz, or contact us. We process personal data in accordance with the Israeli Protection of Privacy Law, 5741-1981, and its regulations.
1. What we collect
- Contact details you give us: name, phone number, email address.
- Information about your situation that you choose to share: residency status, purpose of the loan, property price, down payment, income range and other answers in the quiz or messages.
- Technical data: IP address, browser and device type, pages visited, the page from which you came and advertising tags (UTM).

2. Why we use it
- To contact you and answer your request.
- To evaluate your situation and prepare mortgage options and pre-approval with banks — only with your consent.
- To improve the website and measure advertising (only if you accept analytics cookies).
- To meet legal obligations.
You are not legally required to provide personal information, but without contact details we cannot answer your request.
3. Who receives your data
We do not sell personal data. We share it only with: banks and lenders you ask us to approach; professionals involved in your transaction with your consent (for example lawyers, appraisers, insurance agents); service providers that host the website and deliver email and messages for us (they act on our instructions); authorities when required by law. Some providers may store data outside Israel under adequate protection.
4. Storage and security
Data is stored on secured servers with restricted access. We keep requests for as long as needed for the purposes above and as required by law, and then delete or anonymize them.
5. Your rights
You may request to see the information we hold about you, to correct or delete it, and to stop receiving marketing messages. Write to arthur@lendex.co.il and we will answer within the period set by law.
